Dr. Shilpa Priya Mangalampally (Dr.Pally)

Dr. Pally is a graduate of the University of California San Francisco (2020). She completed her Bachelor’s In dental sciences (2010) and Masters in Preventive and Pediatric Dentistry (2014) in India. During her pediatric residency which was hospital-based, she has treated over 3k patients. After which she subsequently stayed on private practice ever since before completing her dental education in the states.

Dr. Pally has advanced training and experience in both the surgical and restorative aspects of dentistry. She also has a special interest in the dental management of the medically complex patient. Her focus is on comprehensive dental care and the orchestration of various treatment modalities resulting in health, harmony and esthetics.

Dr. Pally strongly believes in ongoing education, and continuously pursues the highest caliber training courses in various aspects of the field. Dentistry is everchanging and she takes pride in constantly evolving in knowledge and technique for the betterment of her patients.

During her spare time, she likes to travel, hike, and spend time with her family.

Dr. Renee Tai

Dr. Tai was born and raised in Hong Kong. She moved to San Francisco to study piano at the School Of The Arts (SOTA) when she was a teenager. She spent a few years studying IT at Weber State University and then went on to obtain a master degree in Applied Anatomy at Case Western Reserve University. She later on completed her dental school education at Ohio State University. She is one of the adjunct faculties at the Pierce College dental hygiene program. Dr. Tai enjoys and is comfortable working with children in all cultural backgrounds and teaching them about cavity prevention. She understands the importance of developing and starting healthy habits at an early age. She often volunteers at local dental clinics and churches. She loves spending time in her kitchen crafting great recipes in her spare time.

Dr.Naila Rani

Dr. Naila Rani attended University of Washington, school of dentistry for her DDS. Before moving to the States, she studied Bachelor of Dental Surgery and completed two-years of residency training in Operative dentistry which includes training in Restorative dentistry, Endodontics, Fixed prosthodontics, Pedodontics in Pakistan, and practiced dentistry for 12 years there.

She is committed to excellence in dental care to her patients of all ages and backgrounds, care that is up to date and evidence based. She is more passionate to work with kids to give them a wonderful dental experience. She wants the kids to have no fear to go to the dentist when they are adults, and she wants them to take best care of their oral health.

She is passionate to build strong relationship with her patients to ensure long term health and wellness. She establishes open and honest communication and involves her patients and caregivers in treatment decisions making. She intends to continue to learn with passion, excitement, and sincerity so that her commitment to her work can be source of healing of society.

Outside of office, she spends most of her time with her 2 children, husband, and siblings. She loves to cook, camp, hike, and paint. She also loves to spend quality time with the people that she’s surrounded with.
